South Korea Tour with Genting Holidays

Hi,

Here we like to review and rate our tour experience with Genting Holidays, our tour operator.

Tour arrangment
We gave 3/5 as there were last minute changes in the hotel. The hotel in our last destination was not a pleasant experience as the hotel looked run down and it was in the middle of nowhere. Many in the group complained that the program should have been better planned and a hotel in Seoul should have been chosen instead.

Tour guide
We gave 3/5 as he spoke fluently in Mandarin and was knowledgeable about his home country. However he rushed things way bit and was reluctant to help us take photographs.

Hotel
We gave 3/5 as the hotel were mostly 3-4 stars with the exception of Seoul Palace hotel which is 5 stars.

Food
We gave 3/5 as the food was almost the same each day. Mostly we ate barbecue and steamboat dishes. The best we ate was in Jeju with the Ginseng Chicen and soup.
